What a steel cabin costs.
Cabin prices in this trade usually live behind an enquiry form. Ours are published: here is what the A-Frame costs, what that figure includes, and how the rest of the project prices up.
The A-Frame
Two formats, both priced.
Same cabin, two ways: the complete kit — glazing and door included — or the cabin built at the factory and craned in.
Flat-pack kit
The complete shell as palletised panels — glazing and door included — designed for two-person assembly with hand tools. Ships UK-wide and export.

Fully assembled
Built in our yard and delivered finished by crane truck. Distance from Manchester applies — tell us your postcode.

Prices are for the cabin itself — glazing and door included, any RAL colour — before delivery, which is quoted to your postcode because it depends on distance and access.
Reading the price
What’s in the figure — and what sits outside it.
The price includes
- 80 mm PIR insulated steel panel shell
- Natural pine-lined interior
- Any RAL colour, powder-coated in-house
- Glazed gable end and half-glazed door
- Dimensioned drawing for your groundworker
You arrange
- A level, load-bearing base, ready for delivery day
- Crane access for assembled delivery
- Power, water and heating — every cabin is supplied as a shell; ask us for a price if you want services included
- Planning consent, where your use needs it
The dimensioned drawing carries the base sizes and craneage envelope — hand it to your groundworker.
Delivery
Why delivery is quoted, not listed
Assembled cabins travel on a crane truck and are lifted onto your base, so the cost depends on distance from Manchester and what the crane has to work around on your site. Kits travel as palletised panels and ship UK-wide, with export available.
Send your postcode with the enquiry and the quote comes back with delivery priced in — one figure for the whole job.
VAT & paying
Both VAT figures, up front
Prices are shown including VAT with the ex-VAT figure alongside — £7,500 assembled is £6,250 ex VAT. If you’re buying for a site, a park or a farm business, the ex-VAT figure is the one for your budget sheet.
A deposit secures your build slot in the 4 weeks schedule, and the balance is invoiced before dispatch.
The Gable
Not priced yet — on purpose
The Gable is still at concept stage, so it carries no price rather than a guessed one. When the spec is locked it will be priced the same way as the A-Frame, and everyone on the interest list sees the numbers first.
