Delivery & kits
Every steel cabin leaves the same Manchester factory one of two ways: fully assembled on a crane truck, or palletised as a flat-pack kit designed for two people with hand tools. Here’s how each works — and how to tell which suits your site.
Format 01
Built complete in our yard, driven to you on a crane truck and lifted straight onto your base. Nothing to assemble — the cabin that leaves the factory is the cabin you walk into that afternoon.
Format 02
The same cabin as palletised panels and frame. Designed for two-person assembly with hand tools — no crane, no wet trades — or hand the step-by-step guide to your contractor.
Inside the pack
A kit is the whole shell, not a bag of parts and a shrug. Each pack contains:
Cut, pressed and powder-coated in your RAL colour before they leave the factory.
The structure the panels fix to, finished on the same Manchester lines.
Included with every kit — the glazed gable and the door ship in the pack.
Everything the assembly needs, counted and bagged. No trips to the merchant.

Export
Flat-pack kits palletise cleanly for EU export — the first export enquiries reached us before we’d marketed the kits outside the UK at all. We quote ex-works Manchester, or with freight to your port or site arranged.
You handle import formalities and any duties at your end; we’ll work through the export paperwork with you. Tell us the destination country in your enquiry and we’ll quote both ways.
Before delivery
Both formats need a level, load-bearing base ready before delivery day — a concrete pad, slabs or ground screws are all common. Tell us what you’re planning in your enquiry and we’ll confirm it suits the cabin before anything is built.
Sizing it is the part people get wrong. The A-Frame’s shell sets out at 3.0 × 2.9 m, and trims and verge overhangs take the extreme envelope to roughly 3.22 × 2.99 m — both are on the dimensioned drawing, which is the sheet to hand your groundworker.
The crane truck has to park close enough to lift the cabin onto its base. Narrow lanes, farm tracks, tight gateways, soft ground and overhead lines all matter — tell us about them in the enquiry so the quote is right first time. Kits are the easy case: pallets go anywhere a lorry or van can reach, and the panels are designed to be carried the last stretch by hand.
Ordering
Cabin, colour, kit or assembled, your postcode. Assembled deliveries are priced by distance; kits by destination.
A deposit secures your build slot in the schedule, and we confirm your colour and final spec at the same time.
Cut, pressed and powder-coated in Manchester on a 4-week lead time, with photo updates as your cabin comes together.
Balance settled by invoice before dispatch. Then the kit ships palletised, or the assembled cabin arrives by crane truck.
The balance is invoiced before dispatch, so you always know what is due and when.
Postcode, unit count, and anything awkward about access. A real person from the factory replies within one working day, with numbers.
